Unlike normal complete calendars, here the day and month windows are next to the edge of the dial rather than in the center, while the date is discreetly indicated by a central hand with a crescent tip. This particular arrangement creates space not only to show what phase the Moon is in but also to indicate its age.

Movement Caliber 2460 QCL/1

Introduced in 2018 with the Fify-Six collection, the Vacheron Constantin caliber 2460 QCL/1 is an evolution of the caliber 2450, the first self-winding movement entirely designed and developed by the Maison.

Made up of 308 elements, it has a power reserve of 40 hours, not many in itself but thanks to the independent charging it is more than enough for those who wear it every day.

As always, its real strength lies in the finishes. The perlage also involves the upper part and the beveled bridges are decorated with a Côtes de Genève motif. The skeletonized oscillating weight in 22k gold has the shape and logo of the Maltese cross, symbol of Vacheron Constantin.

The precision of the moon phases, which lose one day every 122 years, is normal and in line with the performance of classic watchmaking.
